Safety, Liability & Damage Policy

1. Safety & Use

Golf and simulator use involve inherent risks. Guests must exercise reasonable care, ensure sufficient clearance before swinging, and follow all safety instructions. Only one person may be within the designated hitting area while a player is swinging.

Guests use the facility and equipment at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and that of their accompanying guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiger’s Wood shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the facility or equipment, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Damage to Equipment & Property

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of all Tiger’s Wood equipment and property. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless behaviour, failure to follow instructions, or use beyond normal and reasonable use may result in the guest being liable for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

This includes damage to the launch monitor, projector, computer equipment, impact screen, hitting mat, sensors, furniture, fixtures and other property.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with these terms.

3. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Tiger’s Wood is not responsible for loss of or damage to unattended personal belongings, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Acceptance

By completing a booking and/or entering the facility, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
